Job Summary

Providing essential legal support to North America Sales teams, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Senior Counsel will review and negotiate various commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client-centric legal support on commercial and legal issues to Sales teams
• Review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-powered tools that enhance business processes

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 3+ years of in-house legal experience
• Licensed to practice law in good standing with a State Bar Association or equivalent
• Significant experience in negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
