Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial contracting throughout the deal lifecycle, including negotiation and execution
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, such as SaaS subscription agreements and MSAs
Provide legal guidance on data protection, privacy, and commercial issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing
5+ years of post-qualification legal experience
Experience with the software procurement lifecycle (SaaS and/or on-prem)
