Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Settlement Officer to manage settlement processes for commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send settlement statements for sales or financing, managing correspondence and updates throughout the transaction
  • Verify wire instructions and prepare funding packages for the accounting team, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
  • Handle confirmations of initiated wires and manage deposits or funds related to cancellations or post-closing items
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial settlement role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Title Insurance is encouraged
  • Familiarity with SoftPro Select is a plus
  • High level of accountability and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
