Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions
• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment using evidence-based methods and maintain accurate electronic medical records

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active, and unrestricted independent license (LICSW) in Massachusetts
• Eligibility to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program
