Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time hourly Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and benefit from employer-paid supervision while working remotely in Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients
- Accrue clinical hours toward licensure with built-in supervision
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans
Required qualifications
- A valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts
- A Master's degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
- Experience with EHR systems and digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for virtual sessions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
