Massachusetts Licensed Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the recruitment of Licensed Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals, the part-time contracted Massachusetts Licensed Sourcing Specialist will work remotely for up to thirty hours a week, focusing on sourcing candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and collaborating with the recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified Registered Nurse candidates through various channels
• Partner with the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and position requirements
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to track activity and maintain accurate candidate records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in high-volume recruitment
• Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations, including home health and managed care
• Knowledge of healthcare licensure requirements and the nursing credential process
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
