Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts in Massachusetts, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Talent Advisor will manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and advising hiring managers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Independently source, screen, and present candidates for various positions
• Coordinate onboarding processes and provide logistical support for interviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting
• Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and business acumen
