Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous - Tufts) to provide quality care to participants remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 30 hours of direct counseling care per week, including concurrent note-taking and treatment documentation
• Advocate for participants' clinical needs and collaborate with the Operations and Clinical teams to enhance service delivery
• Serve as a first point of contact for participant concerns and stay updated on clinical care developments

Required Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, with the ability to practice without supervision
• Knowledge of state tele-health policies and experience conducting sessions via tele-health
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
• Experience treating various conditions as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Access to necessary technology and a secure, private location for remote work
