Massachusetts Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Tax to lead income tax compliance and support tax strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual and quarterly tax GAAP and Statutory tax provision processes
• Review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and manage relationships with external consultants
• Lead tax responses to audits and ensure compliance with indirect tax functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
• Proficient in tax code and regulations
• Strong knowledge in ASC 740
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader
