Massachusetts Licensed Tax Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Tax Supervisor will supervise tax engagements, review returns, mentor staff, and manage multiple tax projects while enjoying hybrid remote flexibility in Wakefield, MA.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise tax engagements according to firm and professional standards
• Build and maintain client relationships while planning and scheduling tax engagements
• Review tax returns and workpapers, and conduct tax research projects

Required qualifications:

• BSBA in Accounting
• CPA required
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem fx Tax, MS Word, and Excel
• Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
