Massachusetts Licensed Team Nurse

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Team Nurse will collaborate with healthcare providers, manage patient communications, and perform clinical tasks in a hybrid remote environment with occasional in-person duties at the Mount Auburn Primary Care offices in Cambridge.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to provide direct healthcare and evaluates patient outcomes
• Triages inquiries, reviews lab results, and ensures timely patient notifications and referrals
• Maintains departmental logs and supervises the integrity of client education materials

Required qualifications

• Current registration as a nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Completion of a nursing training program at an NLN accredited school of nursing
• Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Competency in performing clinical tasks such as testing and phlebotomy
• Knowledge of nursing processes and clinical expertise related to patient care
