Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions with clients, focusing on evidence-based treatment
- Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to structured care expectations and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience managing an outpatient caseload and strong clinical judgment
- Preferred experience in structured clinical settings such as outpatient or community mental health
- Familiarity with skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
