Massachusetts Licensed Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Massachusetts Licensed Training Coordinator, this hybrid role will implement a suicide prevention training program across Massachusetts, focusing on Essex and Middlesex Counties, while facilitating training sessions, conducting outreach, and managing data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct two-hour and four-hour suicide prevention training sessions for various community cohorts
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements regarding training goals and participant satisfaction
• Manage marketing and outreach efforts to recruit training participants and host sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of experience in suicide prevention or a related field
• Knowledge of suicide prevention concepts, risk factors, and mental health
• Previous experience as a trainer with strong community engagement skills
• Cultural competency to effectively work with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
