Job Summary
Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Transactional Attorney, the full-time position will manage drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, assist with corporate transactions, and provide strategic legal advice while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and assist with corporate transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on transactional matters and regulatory issues
- Manage multiple high-level transactions simultaneously while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in transactional law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with M&A transactions and corporate governance is preferred
