Massachusetts Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Triage Nurse for their Contact Center Pediatrics and Adult department on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages patients telephonically to facilitate access to appropriate care and resources
• Maintains accurate medical history and documentation for patient encounters
• Acts as a patient advocate by resolving issues and communicating patient needs to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a valid MA license and CPR certification
• Experience in triage for both Pediatric and Adult patient populations
• Preferred experience in telephonic triage
• Associates of Science in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Proficient in multiple computer applications, including EMR and electronic medical records
