Job Summary

A company is looking for a Divisional Vice President of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical quality and medical operations strategy for the East Division
• Develops medical leaders and ensures adherence to organizational objectives regarding medical quality and clinician engagement
• Directs regional medical operations to maximize productivity and enhance clinical culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and DVM with a completed 1-year rotating internship
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple hospitals or revenues exceeding $15MM
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Proven ability to develop direct reports and create effective development plans
