Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual IOP Therapist (MA- Independently Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy
• Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings, including adapting interventions to a telehealth environment
• Comfort and competence with technology, including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
