Massachusetts Licensed Virtual Therapist
Job Summary
Providing high-quality telehealth services, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Virtual Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions during evening hours remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy
Required qualifications
- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent (LICSW/LMHC)
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy
- Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Comfort and competence with technology, including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
