Massachusetts Licensed Water Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Water and Wastewater Area Manager to oversee operations and management of water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of multiple projects and client representatives to meet contracted scope and expectations
• Manage the growth and development of assigned managers and staff, ensuring client and regulatory satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and regulatory agencies, providing technical advice and resolving issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS degree or technical/vocational school background with operator certifications
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in municipal wastewater and water distribution/treatment or mechanical fields
• Previous management experience preferred
• Experience with contract operations, financial management, and client development
• Training in general management, asset management, and compliance management programs is required
