Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex SaaS and technology-related contracts
• Advise on data protection and compliance while providing business-focused legal advice
• Serve as the first point of contact for legal matters and manage multiple negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania
• 5-7+ years of legal experience, including time at a major U.S. law firm in a transactional practice
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
• Ability to identify and resolve contractual and business risks
• Experience managing a high volume contract pipeline with clear prioritization
