Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
- Resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction while advocating for patients
- Assist with administrative needs, including appointment scheduling and updating patient records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and digital scheduling platforms
- Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
