Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
• Resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction while advocating for patients
• Assist with administrative needs, including appointment scheduling and updating patient records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and digital scheduling platforms
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
