Job Summary

Managing property tax compliance and reporting, the full-time Massachusetts Property Tax Accountant will ensure timely filings, support audits, and identify tax savings opportunities while working in a hybrid environment based out of Framingham, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and file personal and real property tax returns across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with deadlines
  • Analyze property tax assessments and coordinate appeals, tracking statuses for accurate financial reporting
  • Calculate property tax accruals and assist with budgeting and forecasting for current and future business opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property tax compliance or related area
  • Strong understanding of multi-state property tax rules and assessment processes
  • Experience with fixed asset systems and property tax software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel skills
