Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Navigator I.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and process insurance referrals for Primary Care Physicians
• Coordinate tasks associated with incoming consultation referrals and manage medical record requests
• Support various departmental projects and assist with the Patient Portal and Physician Finder Line

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of related experience in insurance or managed care referral processes
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Three years of related experience preferred
• MassHealth Certified Application Counselor preferred
