Job Summary

To enhance the final months of training, the part-time PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician will engage in a customized program focused on primary care, population health initiatives, and value-based care models while receiving mentorship from experienced physicians and a guaranteed salary.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a tailored program that includes virtual and in-person training at Atrius Health facilities
• Learn to operate within a value-based care model while contributing to population health initiatives
• Receive mentorship from seasoned physicians to facilitate a smooth transition from residency to practice

Required qualifications:

• Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship, or early into the final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidates will be local physician residents in Massachusetts, but applicants from other areas are also considered
