Massachusetts RN Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Triage Contact Center GI and Specialty Nurse Navigator - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient navigation across multiple departments, including research, assessment, and counseling
• Facilitate patient access to care and coordinate services throughout the continuum
• Provide clinical support to the scheduling team regarding prescriptions, appointments, and medical management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Massachusetts RN license and BLS CPR certification
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with triage or GI experience
• Proficiency in multiple computer applications, including EMR and spreadsheets
• Competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and collaborating with healthcare providers
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
