Massachusetts Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Massachusetts team, the part-time remote Senior Project Manager will engage as a strategic guidance consultant to senior leadership, delivering analysis and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and enterprise information initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a cross-functional perspective that aligns strategy, operations, and financial stewardship
• Assist with enterprise strategy, including AI governance to drive operational efficiency
• Meet with senior leadership to review organizational structures and recommend implementation strategies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience working for the MassDEP
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic visioning and policy development
• Experience in business process redesign
