Massachusetts SEO Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEO & AI Search Solutions Practice Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the SEO practice by building integrated offerings and defining scalable delivery frameworks
• Drive client impact through leading engagements, conducting research, and optimizing experiences
• Support sales and business development by collaborating on SEO solutions and participating in client conversations

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of growth
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 3 or more SEOs
• Experience in a consulting, agency, or enterprise digital marketing role with client-facing responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of Technical SEO and familiarity with AI search behavior and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred
