Massachusetts SNAP Case Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SNAP Case Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the work of SNAP Case Reviewers for the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SNAP Case Reviewers and oversee case reviews using a prescribed Case Review Tool
• Provide training, update policies, and guide staff on business-related processes
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage a queue of cases awaiting secondary review

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience supervising staff, preferably in a remote or complex environment
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supervising eligibility staff and conducting SNAP quality assurance
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college training preferred
• Must be a US Citizen and able to speak, read, and write English clearly
• Employment is contingent on completion of a background check
