Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists and spa team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through various channels
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting

Required Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting massage therapists (required)
• Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets
• Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
