Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Master Black Belt to lead enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects aligned with strategic business goals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Black Belts and Green Belts
• Develop and deliver training programs for Six Sigma certification

Qualifications:

• Certified Black Belt with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma
• 5+ years of experience in leading successful process improvement projects
• Understanding/Experience with fundamentals of programming and data structures
• Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Master Black Belt Certification (preferred)
