Master Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis for 9 to 12 months, the Master Business Systems Analyst will lead complex application initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide subject matter expertise to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend future solutions
- Lead and oversee complex project plans, application enhancements, and production support activities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application functionality, requirements analysis, and solution design
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 12 years of operational/business analytics/systems development experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience with large system enhancements and production problem resolution
- Minimum 12 years of experience in AI Governance
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective
