Master Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the integrity and governance of supply chain master data, the full-time Master Data Analyst will ensure accurate and standardized data across ERP and planning systems while supporting system enhancements and data clean-up remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and governance of item master, BOMs, vendor records, and cost data
• Define data standards and enforce change-control workflows for data management
• Support ERP configuration and partner with Reporting & Analytics to ensure data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in master data, data management, or supply chain systems/analyst role
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) with item master and BOM governance
• Advanced Excel proficiency and a strong commitment to data accuracy
• Working understanding of MRP parameters and core supply chain processes
