Master Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Data Engineer to manage enterprise-wide data elements and improve data quality across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and standardize key data concepts to ensure consistency and accuracy across the enterprise
• Identify data variances and develop common data models to reduce discrepancies
• Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role (Data Warehousing, Data Governance, etc.)
• Experience modeling and implementing master data management processes
• Current knowledge of master data management industry best practices
• Understanding of logical data modeling and metadata management requirements
• Experience with data reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is helpful
