Master Data Manager

Job Summary

To support a multi-year ERP implementation, the full-time remote Master Data Manager will establish master data integrity and governance, lead the MDM team through the ERP life cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Master Data workstream in the ERP Program to meet project milestones and goals
• Supervise the MDM team in all phases of the ERP implementation, including data migration and cleanup
• Design and implement a master data governance framework in collaboration with strategic business groups and IT

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in data governance, quality, and management
• 8+ years of project management experience with business and IT resources
• 5+ years of experience as a subject-matter expert on MDM implementations, preferably in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading Master Data for a major ERP implementation
