Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Scheduler 2 (H) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and manages provider schedule templates
• Monitors cancellations and manages daily schedule changes for efficient patient rescheduling
• Develops and monitors reports on patient volumes to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of Template Builder experience
• General knowledge of office procedures and operations
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
• Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
