Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Master Scheduler 3 will create and maintain provider schedule templates to maximize access to care, balance patient volumes, and reduce wait times across clinics and ancillary services.
Key responsibilities
- Builds and manages provider schedule templates, ensuring efficient scheduling application setup
- Monitors cancellations and daily schedule changes, rescheduling patients in a timely manner
- Develops and monitors reports on patient volumes, providing metrics to department leadership for decision-making
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in using office software and relevant computer applications
- Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in providing training and guidance to lower-level schedulers
