Master Scheduler Parts

Job Summary

Owning and orchestrating the integrated master schedule for Steam Services Parts, the full-time remote Master Scheduler Parts will ensure reliable start and finish dates across engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and logistics while managing supplier commitments and material readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Parts VS master schedule aligned with customer needs and contractual commitments
• Identify schedule risks and conflicts, leading recovery planning and risk scenario development
• Provide visibility of parts readiness status to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Project Management Office (PMO)

Required qualifications

• Significant operational experience in steam turbines and generator supply chain elements
• Solid project management experience
• Strong understanding of MRP, supplier lead times, and material readiness planning
• Experience with global suppliers and transactional order processes
• Knowledge of OneSteam ERP architecture and data visualization capabilities
