Master Scheduler Parts

Job Summary

Owning and orchestrating the integrated master schedule for Steam Services Parts, the full-time remote Master Scheduler Parts will ensure timely availability of supplier-delivered parts and assemblies while managing scheduling points aligned with customer needs and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Parts VS master schedule, balancing load versus demonstrated capacity for critical resources and suppliers
• Identify schedule risks and conflicts, leading recovery planning and enforcing schedule discipline within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) process
• Provide clear visibility of parts readiness status to the IMS and PMO, operationalizing the S&OE process for executive meetings

Required qualifications

• Significant operational experience in steam turbines and generator supply chain elements
• Solid project management experience
• Strong understanding of MRP, supplier lead times, and material readiness planning
• Knowledge of OneSteam ERP architecture and data flows
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or equivalent certification preferred
