Match Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Match Lead to track games across football and basketball using technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up software for live games using GeniusIQ platforms
• Track and confirm software events such as dead-balls and stoppage time
• Lead a group of Operators to monitor tasks during 1-2 football games per shift

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in training others and reporting is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites, especially Excel/Google Sheets
• Extremely punctual, with shifts starting near game times
• Ability to make time-sensitive judgment calls during live events
• Adaptable and proactive with a strong team spirit
