Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Compliance Associate to assist in the Material Approval and Compliance review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality check submissions to ensure alignment with internal standards
• Provide administrative support during review meetings and assist with label updates
• Run reports and communicate outputs to cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications Project Management
• Experience in project management within regulated industries
• Ability to manage high volumes of marketing material approvals
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional for proofreading
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Veeva PromoMats
