Material Damage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review claim estimates and photographs for accuracy using CCC estimate review tools
• Negotiate repair costs with repair shops and prepare estimates using CCC estimating software
• Collaborate with the Claims team to resolve damage-related escalations and conduct virtual repair quality reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of claims experience or comparable shop work experience with classic, modern luxury, or exotic vehicles
• High level of automotive technical proficiency and willingness to continue training
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley regulations, if applicable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain confidential information
