Material Estimator

Job Summary

To support contract proposals, the full-time remote Material Estimator will develop and analyze material proposals, evaluate associated costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and complete material proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Evaluate material and direct costs related to proposed contracts and maintain consistency across programs
• Utilize company estimating tools to create Material Basis of Estimates and ensure compliance with FAR and internal requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, including advanced functions like formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
