Material Master Data Specialist

Job Summary

Managing material master data, the part-time Material Master Data Associate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of material data to support corporate demand planning, logistics, and finance in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of material data, including sales status updates
• Manage vendor accounts and maintain compliance with company standards
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred
• A minimum of two years of experience in a business environment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables
• Experience with SAP Material Master is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
