Material Master Data Specialist

Job Summary

Managing material master data, the full-time Material Master Data Associate will ensure accurate setup and maintenance of data to support corporate demand planning, logistics, and vendor management while working remotely from IN, OH, or MI.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely setup and maintenance of material data to support demand planning and logistics
• Manage vendor accounts and maintain compliance with company standards
• Analyze data and generate reports to optimize inventory management and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a business environment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables
• Experience with SAP Material Master is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
