Materials Analyst

Job Summary

Balancing supply and demand for ingredients and packaging, the full-time Materials Analyst will manage inventory planning, execute release orders, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely production in bakeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain web-based inventory planning sheets and execute release orders in Oracle
• Manage transitions of packaging and ingredients due to innovation and promotional activities
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track incoming orders to ensure continuous production

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or customer service
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP software, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal customers
