Materials Estimate Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Technical Repair Estimate team, the full-time Materials & Repair Estimate Operations Specialist will perform quality assurance and analytical tasks related to wood cabinet and furniture repair estimates while working fully remotely within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews estimates and files completed by the Technical Repair Estimator team to ensure compliance with requests
• Completes estimates using industry-standard software, providing valuations for wood cabinetry and furniture
• Assists the Operations Manager with analysis of team metrics and proposes process improvements for efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• At least two years of administrative experience
• General knowledge of woodwork, refinishing, and restoration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong customer service orientation
