Materials Library Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Materials Library Specialist to support material standards and manage material specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake vendor requests for updates to the material library and implement changes when solutions are clear
• Collaborate with product development and PLM teams to ensure consistency across the materials library
• Assist in managing digital material libraries, templates, and related assets

Required Qualifications

• Experience in material standards, product materials, or asset management
• Ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology teams
• Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and workflow systems
• Preferred experience in retail, manufacturing, or product development industries
• Knowledge of PLM software or material management systems
