Materials Management Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support successful software implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant, Materials Management will collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective transitions from legacy systems to Multiview Financial Software while providing technical guidance and product recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients in transitioning to Multiview Financial Software, ensuring project deliverables meet scope and budget
• Act as the subject matter expert for Materials Management, improving implementation practices and product integration
• Document project requirements, manage deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• A degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or related Materials Management experience within the healthcare industry
• 2-4 years of experience in a Materials Management role or related experience
• Strong aptitude for software usage, preferably in financial and enterprise products
• Excellent client service skills and experience in client-facing situations
• Proficiency in analytical and numerical skills with strong organizational abilities
