Materials Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Materials Planner responsible for monitoring shipment progress and coordinating order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and order progress using Oracle for accurate delivery
• Investigate and resolve order processing delays and coordinate with internal teams
• Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements and assist in warehouse operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/order management systems preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shipping or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Demonstrated ability to investigate issues and implement corrective actions
• Experience in maintaining accurate shipment documentation and compliance
