Job Summary
Collaborating with the education project team, the full-time remote Materials Review Specialist will support K-12 education practices by managing reviewer submissions, evaluating accuracy and consistency, and providing feedback while also participating in reviewer recruitment and training development.
Key responsibilities
- Support Review Leads in executing standards alignment, quality, and suitability reviews, including logistics and quality assurance
- Review publisher submissions for accuracy and compliance, and provide written feedback to publishers
- Manage centralized communication channels and develop support resources for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant content area (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional materials review, curriculum evaluation, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of instructional coaching experience, including mentoring or supporting professional learning for adults
- Familiarity with state academic standards and K-12 curriculum strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing applications or leading trainings preferred
